Flat Ground Required

The unit must be set up on a flat, level surface. Slopes over 1° can affect safety anchoring.

Dedicated Electrical Outlet

Needs 1 dedicated 110V/20A circuit within 100 ft. Extension cords must be 12-gauge or heavier.

Garden Hose Access

For wet-slide mode, a standard outdoor garden hose within 50 ft is required. You supply the water.

Overhead Clearance

Check for power lines, tree branches, and overhangs above the setup area before booking.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Can I use this unit dry (without water)?

Yes — the slide works great dry too. Just don't connect the hose and it functions as a pure bounce-and-slide combo. Many customers use it dry for fall and spring events.

What if it rains on my event day?

Light rain is generally fine for the water slide mode. For heavy rain or lightning, we recommend deflating for safety. Call us and we'll work with you on rescheduling.

How far in advance do I need to book?

We recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance, especially for summer weekends. Same-week bookings may be possible depending on availability — call us to check.

Do you deliver to my neighborhood?

We serve all of Pearland and the greater Houston metro area including Manvel, Friendswood, League City, Missouri City, Sugar Land, and more. Delivery is always free within our standard service zone.
