Do you deliver to all areas of Sienna?

Yes!

How far in advance should I book in Sienna?

Summer weekends (especially May through August) fill up 2–4 weeks out. School events and community events book even faster. We recommend reserving your date as soon as it’s confirmed – weekday and off-season bookings usually have more flexibility.

Are you insured to set up at Sienna parks and public venues?

Yes. We carry commercial general liability insurance and can provide a Certificate of Insurance naming a park, school, church, or HOA as additional insured. Most Sienna city parks and Fort Bend County locations accept our coverage.

Can you handle large events like HOA block parties or school field days?

Absolutely – multi-unit events are a specialty. We can coordinate delivery timing across multiple inflatables, supply tables and chairs, and include concession machines. Contact us early so we can ensure we have enough equipment on hand.

What happens if it rains on my event day?

We monitor weather closely and will reach out the morning of your event if conditions look severe. Light rain is usually fine (especially for water slides!). For lightning or high winds, we’ll work with you to reschedule – we have a flexible weather policy.

Is there a delivery fee for Sienna rentals?

A delivery fee may apply depending on your distance from our location. It should be calculated automatically at checkout, but you can always contact us and we’ll give you an exact quote.
